Seventy-two of them are flats in the Villa buildings facing the marina, and 16 townhome-style units have garages. Owner dues cover water, sewer, trash and grounds upkeep, along with the pool, clubhouse, tennis and pickleball courts, boardwalk and boat ramp. Marina slips and dry storage cost extra.

History

Streets include Shoreline Drive, Mariners Row, Leeward Road, Seafarer Lane, Outrigger Lane, Windward Way, Cove Court and Schooner Lane. The buildings carry sailing names such as Clipper, Sloop, Topsail, Brigantine and Commodore.
