A survey of 1,200 likely South Carolina voters, taken Sept. 28 and 29, puts Darline Graham at 46 percent and Annie Andrews at 45 percent in the U.S. Senate race. The one-point gap is inside the survey’s margin of error, about 2.8 points. Kasie Whitener is at 2 percent and Mark Hackett at 3 percent. Another 4 percent said they were undecided.
