## Prime Steakhouse Undergoes Evolution with New Leadership

Prime Steakhouse, a long-standing fixture in Aiken’s dining scene, is undergoing an evolution led by Crystal Richardson, the Area Operations Manager. The restaurant, located at 316 Richland Avenue West in Aiken, SC, has traditionally been a destination for special occasions.

Richardson, whose hospitality career began at The Variety Restaurant in Aiken at the age of fourteen, was born in Augusta and moved to Aiken when she was six years old. She is now collaborating with Chef Chad Jajczyk to shape the next chapter for Prime, focusing on both the menu and the overall guest experience.

The objective for Prime is to transform it into a place guests will want to visit for everyday dining, rather than solely for milestone events. Richardson is particularly enthusiastic about introducing guests to unique and high-quality selections, including Australian Wagyu and Kobe-style beef.
